We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, perfume, makeup, or missing packaging may be refused.
